DesignProtection.com is a project of German-based PriorMart AG.
Since 2005, we dedicate ourselves to the issue of easy, efficiet and simplified copyright and idea protection. This way we startet the first German online service for notarial priorities in 2006, building it up to Europe's leading source for notarial deposits online in 2009.
We are located in Germany, Brandenburg an der Havel (app. 60km west of Berlin). Brandenburg is around 1050 years old and used to be an important industry centre in the first half of the 20th century.
The same place, where we work on web applications and well running servers today, was home of one of the largest bicycle factories of Germany 70 years ago. The Brennabor-Werke were technological pioneers of their time, a great atmosphere for start-Ups with technology background in the third millenium.
PriorMart is no giant. We are of small team of four people and maintain a personal and professionell working environment. Staying close to our customers has always been highly important to us, the NPS of our Copyright-Service PriorMart keeps above 60% since we started measuring. We accomplish creative work but do also lay emphasis on reliability and trust. Surely, we are personally addressed, so if you have a question, just ask.
With our set of IP protection services we are commited to one philosophy that we wrote down three years ago and haven't changed since.

If someone copies this work, he owes something to the genuine author.
In the 21st century, arts have become a mass movement, producing many peoples daily income. Designers, advertising copywriter, architects - much more people today than years ago try to make a living from their creative work.
In this world, the imperative of fairness is not always the strongest command. But those who try to substitute the imperative of fairness by the survival of the fittest, destroy a foundation of our daily interaction and risk consequences for our society and culture.
PriorMart strengthens those on the side of fairness. We allow small teams and individuals that kind of protection, that used to be accessable only for large corporations. We help large companies as well as small companies and individuals to enforce the truth. We reduce the chances of the strong to run over the rights of the weak.
