The Research Institute for Genetics Soul - RISG on behalf of the world communitywas able to prove through a complex process in a gene of the human genetic code the existance of the human soul
(Measures have been taken to log the genetic code of the soul and log and track rebirth of the soul especially from mass murderers.)
After months of genetic studies Professor Jason O Connelly from RISG was finally able to demonstrate the genetic code of a mass murderer who was executed in a deceased infant.
On behalf of the Secret Service since the genetic code of mass murderers, rapists and criminals has been stored in a database.
